la balboabb : This is not really true; I'm an all-girl fan and I watch a lot of Girlfriends and Girlsway material and these longer (30m+) scenes have very nicely done intros that are often actually amusing or intriguing. And some of the performers are at least as good as a lot of mainstream actors - Zoey Holloway (now retired alas) is a particular favourite. Great screen presence and that's not counting the sex. To be honest though I agree with you regarding m/f material - these older films (almost as old as I am!) are much superior to the m/f material of today. I don't like much m/f material today as it often has a bitter current of misogyny and real dislike of women running very close to the surface - in thse older films its seems clear that the men actually liked the women.
